In case of damage on delivery, shortage or incorrect shipments, customers are requested to contact Go Electrical via email. However, it may take up to ten working days for the order to be delivered. Most deliveries to Mainland UK are free, but extra charges may be incurred if the destination address is in the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Wight or Man, or other locations. Returns: You can return an item ordered from Go Electrical for a full refund or for store credit. In case of returns, you need to notify Go Electrical within 14 working days of receiving the order. You can notify the company by email, and you will be issued an authorisation number. The full cost of the product will be refunded, but keep in mind that the cost of delivering the order back to Go Electrical will not be refunded, and the order has to be received ‘as new’. In case of missing accessories or components, the prices of these missing components will be charged to the customer.
