Delivery and Return Policies

Delivery

All orders received before 3pm will be delivered on the same day. Orders received after 3pm will be sent on the next working day. Northern Threads now offers deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays for an additional charge of £12. Once your order is placed, a tracking number will be provided to you.

Charges are as follows:

• Free standard postage on orders over £75 (Full Price Items Only).
• For Next Day Service on UK orders, the charge is £4.95.
• All orders require a signature after delivery.
• Pre-orders are delivered pending stock arrival.
• EU orders are sent via FedEx International and carry a charge of £15.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Northern Threads can issue you a replacement or a full refund, provided the item is returned within a two week period. The items must be unwashed, unworn, with its original tags intact and in resell able condition. Only online purchases are eligible for refunds.

Gift Vouchers

At Northern Threads, a gift voucher maybe purchased online and sent to a recipient. Please note, these may only be used for online purchase and not in store. The recipient has 12 months from the date of issue to utilize the gift voucher. You may purchase the gift voucher in any amount.
