• All deliveries are made between Monday to Friday, excluding any holidays.

Express Delivery

• Deliveries are made on the next working day.
• The delivery charge is £5.95.
• The order must be placed by 4pm, Monday through to Thursday for this service.
• Any order placed by 4pm on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

• Items may be returned through Hermes Parcel Shop.

• Enter your postcode and email address.
• Choose the order where your item is located.
• Select the method of return you prefer. Collections are only made from original delivery addresses.
• Print the label.
• Enclose the form with the product, and secure it.
