Hallmark and Amazon UK have formed a partnership that sees the latter manage and despatch orders for the former. This means that you can manage your purchases at Hallmark by simply using your Amazon account, and deliveries and returns are based on Amazon policies. This means that you have to get a return authorisation number issued and have it printed along with a label for returning the item. The item being returned has to be in new and original condition, or at least in the best possible condition to be accepted by Amazon and Hallmark. Once accepted, it would usually take around two to three weeks for you to get your refunds. Most of them, however, get done in three to five days after the returned item is received and processed.
