Delivery Policies and More

Delivery

To prevent parallel trade, customers may not purchase more than ten items in one transaction. To purchase more items, customers will have to place additional transactions.

For delivery within the UK:

• Delivery charges depend upon the delivery service i.e. premium or standard.
• Standard deliveries within the UK are eligible for free delivery for orders above £50. The delivery will be made within 3 to 5 working days.
• Premium UK deliveries are delivered within 48 hours provided they are placed before 3pm.
• Orders are typically delivered between 7 am to 9 pm. A signature is required to receive all orders.
• Deliveries are not made on Bank holidays. Certain areas are not eligible for Premium deliveries. These are: Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Higlands.
• Pauls Boutique does ship to European and International destinations.

Returns

Items that need to be exchanged for the same can be done so with a straight exchange. To receive a refund or an alternate item, you will need to place another order. If the company is out of stock, you will be issued a full refund.

Please allow 28 days to issue you an exchange or full refund. After this 28 day period, you have up to 6 months only to opt for an exchange. After this period, a return nor an exchange will be offered.

Customers in the UK are eligible for free returns. Please keep your tracking number and postage receipt in the event that your parcel goes missing. Internationally sold items are also eligible for the same return regulations. All items must be in the original condition. Items returned without a dispatch note take longer to process.
