Delivery and Return Policies

Delivery

Delivery of goods is subject to availability. All items are delivered to the purchaser’s address unless otherwise indicated. If you receive an item that is damaged, or you receive an incorrect quantity or the item is not delivered at all, please contact Workwear Express by phone within 48 hours and confirm in writing within 3 working days.

Dispatch Times

Plain items are sent out the next day, but for some brands it may take up to 3 working days. Customised orders may take up to 7 working days to arrive.

Delivery tracking

DPD couriers are used to dispatch and deliver your order. This is a fully tracked order service. On the of your delivery, an email will be sent to you with a 1-hour timeslot when your delivery will occur. Free delivery is available for order above £100. A charge of £4.95 is applicable for orders under £100. Delivery charges for Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle Of Man and Scottish Highlands is £20.

Returns

Items purchased may be returned within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be suitable for resale and its original packaging. Workwear Express will incur the return costs for all refunds and exchanges where the error is caused by the company.

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items that are printed, badged or embroidered
• Items assembled in line with specific requirements
• Items specifically procured for you and are not part of the company’s standard range
