Dunelm offers several different delivery options including express delivery and also a Reserve and Collect option. If you reserve an item before 3pm you can collect it on the same day. At present Dunelm doesn’t offer a delivery option outside UK.

Returns

Dunelm will refund or exchange any unused product returned within 28 days of purchase, provided there is a receipt and product is in its original condition. If there is no receipt, Dunelm will offer an exchange or credit note. This will be to the value of the product’s lowest retail price in the last 12 months.
